As one of only ten companies in Pennsylvania to have achieved the prestigious NADCAP certification for fusion welding, C.A. Spalding Co. is always looking for talented TIG welders.
Our welders use their expertise to set up, weld, and visually inspect parts and assemblies based on customer drawings and specifications. Our expertise is in the hard metals, such as titanium and inconel, as well as stainless steel and aluminum. If you are a welder with TIG welding experience, this is a great opportunity to test yourself and stretch your skills.
We're looking for welders who have completed a course of training (tech school, community college) and possess strong TIG welding skills. You must be able to read and interpret all weld symbols, customer drawings and manufacturing plans. You'll also need good problem-solving skills and a proven commitment to quality. All welders must pass a Jaeger #2 eye examination and obtain certification to the AWS D17.1 (Specification for Fusion Welding for Aerospace Applications) standard before you can weld production parts.
