Javier Kuehnle Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kuehnle is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company and has been with the Company since 1976. Mr. Kuehnle has a strong production management background from his tenure at Westek, Inc., where he held progressively responsible positions from toolmaker to quality control to shop foreman and finally plant manager. Mr. Kuehnle holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kuehnle holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Spanish from Franklin & Marshall College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law.

Andrew Horn CPA Chief Financial Officer Mr. Horn has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1996. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Horn was an auditor with Ernst and Young and subsequently served as Worldwide Corporate Controller of Total Containment Inc., where he oversaw the company’s successful Initial Public Offering. Mr. Horn earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Nabil George Vice President of Quality Mr. George is the Vice President of Quality of the Company. Nabil joined Spalding in 1999 as Project Engineer, managing new product launches progressing to Quality Manager, then Director of Quality with responsibility of all internal systems, third party registration and Supplier management.   Mr. George worked for Brenner Tool & Die Company, in Croydon, PA where he held the position of Tool Design Engineer and  Quality Engineer. Mr. George received a degree in BS Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) from the University of Hertfordshire, England and began his career as a Production Engineering Triumph Motorcycles.

Leon Melamud Vice President of Engineering Mr. Melamud is the Vice President of Engineering of the Company. Mr. Melamud manages the implementation of the enterprise technology for new and existing programs. Previously Leon was the Engineering Manager of Spalding Automotive Inc., which includes functional management responsibility for creating quotes for OEM companies, engineering tools, manufacturing technology and implementation.  He joined Spalding Automotive, Inc. in 1999. He also served as Tooling Design Engineer for Brenner Tool & Die Company.  Mr. Melamud received  an MS in Aerospace Engineering (1972) from Kazan Aviation Institute.

Mr. Melamud is the Vice President of Engineering of the Company. Mr. Melamud manages the implementation of the enterprise technology for new and existing programs. Previously Leon was the Engineering Manager of Spalding Automotive Inc., which includes functional management responsibility for creating quotes for OEM companies, engineering tools, manufacturing technology and implementation.  He joined Spalding Automotive, Inc. in 1999.
